Refund & Return Policy – MASRA


Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or customer support.
If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Special or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, some personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds
