Domestic Shipping Policy (United Arab Emirates)
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
MASRA ships to GCC countries and selected international destinations worldwide.
International shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MASRA and SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders.
All additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Shipments
MASRA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
